PureFax provides a mobile application that allows users to send fax documents from their iOS devices. The service relies on internet connectivity and third-party telecommunication providers to transmit documents.

3. Credits and Payments

  • PureFax operates on a credit-based system. You purchase credits to send faxes.
  • Credits are non-refundable once used for a transmission attempt.
  • Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
  • All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited advertisements (spam) or junk faxes.
  • Transmit illegal, harassing, libelous, or abusive material.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the rights of others.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these policies.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% reliability, fax transmission depends on various factors including recipient line quality and international carrier networks. We provide the Service on a "best effort" basis and do not guarantee successful delivery in all cases.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PureFax, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
